Eric B. Nielson joined Roy, Nielson, Platts & McGee in 2014. Nielson earned his Juris Doctorate from the University of Idaho College of Law and also earned a Master's Degree in Accountancy from the University of Idaho's College of Business and Economics. During law school, Nielson led the Volunteer Income Tax Assistance program which helps low-income individuals file their tax returns. He also worked with Legal Aid Services at the College of Law where he provided legal services in family law matters. Nielson earned a Bachelor's Degree in History with a minor in Business Administration from Brigham Young University. His practice is focused primarily on consumer bankruptcy, probate and estate planning, divorce, child custody, child support, and other family law matters.
